Now is the time to fill your freezer with 140 pounds of high quality, nutrient dense beef that is raised right here in Bedford County, TN! 

We sell our beef shares by processed weight meaning that you only pay for the beef that goes in  your freezer....none of the waste! Don't be fooled by live weight or hanging (carcass weight) pricing where you still have to pay for processing!

To make it even better.  The 1/4 Beef Share has the home delivery option (within 100 miles of our farm). 

Here is what you get:  140 lbs of Premium F1 Wagyu cross beef that includes the following:

• Premium Steaks (Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, and Kansas City Strip (Sirloin))
• Cubed Steak
• Roasts
• Short Ribs
• Osso Buco (Beef Shanks)
• Stew Meat
• Beef Tips
• Ground Beef (approximately 40% of the total share weight)
• Beef Liver (when available)

*Each beef yields different quantities of each cut. Final cuts included may vary slightly

Our Wagyu beef shares are F1 Wagyu/Holstein crossed beef and raised right here in Bedford County, Tennessee. 

How the process works:

Step #1: Congratulations you are taking the first step in securing premium quality Farm-Fresh Wagyu Beef for your family. You have two options to complete your transaction. 

Option 1: (preferred by us) Pay a $50 deposit to secure your 140 lb, 1/4 share of Premium Wagyu cross Beef. Once your deposit is received we will contact you to schedule a pick up time here on the farm. You can then pay your $1295 balance by cash/check at the time of pick up. 

Option 2: Complete your purchase on line by paying your balance in full at the time of order. Once your payment is received we will contact you to schedule a pick up time here on the farm. 

That's it!! Your freezer will then be stocked with Farm-Fresh Beef!

Purchase Agreement:
This invoice confirms the sale of the whole or portion of a live beef animal being sold to the customer listed. The portion size being sold is identified within the purchase description. The price per pound listed is for the final processed meat (per pound) and includes delivery and processing fees. The animal becomes the possession of the customer when it is delivered to the processing facility. HillJack Hideaway Farmstead is responsible for transporting the animal to the processing facility and submitting the cut sheet. Unless otherwise arranged/requested by the customer, HillJack Hideaway Farmstead agrees to pick up the processed meat and deliver to the customer’s agreed upon location. The final calculated payment is due upon delivery.

Deposit:
This deposit will be non-refundable in the event the buyer discontinues the terms of the contract. The deposit is 100% refundable when HillJack Hideaway Farmstead is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement. The deposit will be subtracted from the total sale amount.

Delivery:
For orders 1/4 share of larger, HillJack Hideaway Farmstead agrees to deliver the purchase to the customer’s agreed upon location (within 100 miles). Customer must take possession of the meat within 36 hours of processing pick up date unless alternate agreement is arranged with HillJack Hideaway Farmstead prior. Delivery location must be agreed upon at the time of sales agreement. We do not offer shipping.

Payment:
All sales are final.
